Devoted to the art of publishing chapbooks, novellas, short story collections, and other niche forms of fiction, we believe that each book should be an experience as well as a story.
Started by local science fiction and fantasy author Peter M. Ball in 2017, Brain Jar has gone on to publish new works by World Fantasy Award winners, Hugo Award nominees, and New York Times bestsellers. Our books are made locally and enjoyed globally, with readers in the USA, UK, contintental Europe, and beyond.
